At STRUCTURA, our approach is based on clarity, simplicity, and flexibility. Each STRUCTURA villa model is supplied as a complete steel structural kit, designed according to the selected model.
Steel Structures
The structure includes:
- Pre-cut steel components
- Pre-drilled elements
- Numbered parts
- All required bolted connections
Everything is prepared in advance to allow fast and accurate on-site assembly. To support the construction process, each structure is delivered with:
- A detailed assembly guide
- An assembly video explaining each step of the installation
This system allows the structure to be assembled efficiently, either by the client or with professional assistance.
Finishing Materials
In addition to the structure, STRUCTURA proposes a standard, well-defined list of finishing materials, covering the main construction trades required to complete the villa.
This standard material base is designed to:
- Ensure compatibility with the CORE structure
- Provide reliable, good-quality solutions
- Offer a clear and transparent starting point for each project

The standard material list can be adjusted, completed, or adapted based on discussions with the client. Adjustments may take into account:
